How Everyone Pays Their Own Way FAQS

Have you been given huge responsibility to plan a memorable send-off for the bride-to-be?
Will all your time be spent rounding up her closest friends, some of which you don’t know, researching on-line for something to do and trying to book with multiple vendors to make the party successful and then being responsible for putting the all the money down?
Most vendors require payment in full so you have to collect everyone’s money, some drop out, you are never quite sure how many to reserve for, people will tell you they will pay you when they see you and stress builds as you realize you could be left holding the bill, a pricey bachelorette party!
Lake Geneva Area Party Planners helps take the stress out of the equation!! It’s a simple process-
- Decide what you would like to do – Lodging, Dining, Boating, Salon Services, etc…just browse thru our site and see all the fun things to do!!
- Tell us how many guests and we will price out the party/event per person.
What happens next?
We create a customized Bachelorette Party website page specific to your group detailing out who the party is for, what the dates are, where the party will be taking place, what’s included and the cost for each guest based on the number of guests we quoted the party/event on. The website page allows each guest to register for the party/event and pay their own share.
After you have approved the website page our vendors are contacted and will "hold" your dates and we will send out an invite via email to all your guests. Lake Geneva Area Party Planners will give all your guests a 10 day window to register and pay their share. All our parties/events require 50% down per guest and the balance is due in full 30 days prior to the party/event date. However, we offer lots of flexibility – 50% down is always required of each registrant, but we can arrange the balance to be divided and paid monthly or every other month until paid-in-full. The best part is no credit cards for deposits/registration are ran until you are informed you have met the number of guests required and all is a go!! At that time, the “Party Team Host Leader” will be required to sign a contract for the party/event.
What are my options if I tell you 12 guests and only 10 register?
If after 10 days you do not have enough guests registered for the party/event, it can simply be cancelled or we can give you a few extra days to come up with the required amount of registered guests needed. We are used to large groups, guests getting paid on certain days and last minute registers. We are in touch with you the “Party Team Host Leader” daily about who has registered, so you know where things stand. As long as you stay in touch with us and we are aware where a registrar might be, we will work with you!! However, we are booking with vendors we have relationships with and are asking them to “HOLD” dates on our behalf, so the registration process cannot go on forever. Your final option is to pay for the portion of the necessary required guest(s) if you feel you can find a replacement or simply cancel the party.
What happens if a guest attempts to cancel after they registered and paid?
Guests registering are informed on the website page created that they are registering for a non-refundable party/event and that their balance is due in full 30 days prior to the party/event or the “Team Party Host Leader” will be responsible. We will not refund any deposits to any of the registered guests in your party, so if a guest does attempt to cancel they would have already paid 50% of their share at a minimum. If it was necessary for you to replace the guest to have the necessary funds required for the party/event, a large amount of that share would already have been paid!! We are happy to refund any payments received from a registered guest with the "hosts" approval, subject to our Terms and Conditions.
Lake Geneva Area Party Planners will be in constant contact with the "Host" reminding you of deadlines, payments received, updates, etc.
What if I want to add more guests to a party/event?
You can add additional guests up to 48 hours prior to the party/event assuming the vendor can accept the request. It is important that you call in “all” additional participants, as vendors must be paid in advance. You do not want to have any guest turned away for non-payment.
