TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

The terms and conditions apply to anyone making a booking with Lake Geneva Area Party Planners for an event and to any and all persons participating in the event. Participants shall be deem to have accepted these terms and conditions without having signed the contract. The Party Team Host Leader is responsible for signing any contracts and is responsible for ensuring that all participants are aware of and adhere to the terms and conditions of Lake Geneva Area Party Planners.

 

DEPOSITS

 

Lake Geneva Area Party Planners requires a deposit as notified at time of booking to secure a booking for an event. All bookings are accepted either as a group booking through the Party Team Host Leader or individually. The person placing the group booking is deeming the Party Team Host Leader. The Party Team Host Leader is responsible by these terms and assumes all responsibility to settle the balance of the invoice before any due date.

 

PAYMENTS

 

A deposit for the cost of each participant for an event or package is required to reserve bookings in addition to submitting the signed contract. Once submitted, we will confirm your booking. Final payments are due no later than 30 days prior to the event date. Payments by credit card are subject to a 2.99% (American Express processing fee is 3.50%).

 

CANCELLATIONS - Applying To Events NOT INCLUDING Lodging Accommodations

 

Events booked requiring a “minimum” number of participants are non-refundable. If failure to obtain the minimum number of participants you requested and/or a participant that registered needs to cancel the Party Team Host Leader may: a) replace the registered participant(s); b) pay the sum equal to 100% of total cost for the registered participant(s). A refund to the “original” registered participant will be made by Lake Geneva Area Party Planners immediately following a replacement participant(s) less a $20.00 service charge per participant.

 

If failure to obtain the minimum number of participants you requested on “non-minimum” events the following charges will apply: a) more than 30 days before the event you have a choice to reschedule within 90 days from the date that your party deposit was received or a sum equal to 20% of the total cost of the event for the actual number of prospective participants; b) 30-15 days before the event, a sum equal to 50% of total costs of the event for the actual number of prospective participants; c) less that 15 days before the event, a sum equal to 100% of total costs of the event for the actual number of prospective participants.

 

CANCELLATIONS - Applying To Events INCLUDING Lodging Accommodations and/or Packages

 

Events or Packages including lodging accommodations are NON-REFUNDABLE. If failure to obtain the minimum number of participants you requested and/or a participant that registered for a “package” needs to cancel the Party Team Host Leader may: a) replace the registered participant(s); b) pay the sum equal to 100% of total cost for the registered participant(s). A refund to the “original” registered participant will be made by Lake Geneva Area Party Planners immediately following a replacement participant(s) less a $20.00 service charge per participant.

 

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND OBLIGATIONS

 

  • We do not sell products or services to minors. You must be 21 years or older.
  • Should improper behavior on your part result in damages you agree to compensate Lake Geneva Area Party Planners or the provider.
  • Each participant must maintain a manner that is courteous and polite with fellow participants and providers.
  • Follow all rules and regulations of all the providers.
  • Dress accordingly.
  • Arrive on time.
